He is a by Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner, Train-the-Trainer and an Advanced Instructor. With over 20 years of Change Management experience, Willy has worked in various countries on a variety of change related projects. Also, able to do Change Management Audits and to assist organisations with Enterprise Change Management as well as Change Portfolio Management.

Proficient at liaising with clients, managing their complex accounting needs and offering guidance and support where required.
In addition, he is also a PM4DEV certified Project Design, Monitoring and Evaluation expert.
