She has leveraged her progressive deep experience in the Organizational Change Management, Development and effectiveness field to embed capacity, change management outcomes for programs, projects, and initiatives within organizations in the Public and Private sectors.

Her core competencies include, Organizational Development, Organizational Change management and transformation, culture embedment, strategy development, Business operations improvement, and capacity embedment facilitation.

Willy is an experienced Change Management Practitioner and Certified Advanced Instructor with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. He is skilled in Change Management Audits, Enterprise Change Management, Change Portfolio Management, Business Process, Executive Development, Performance Improvement, Career Development, and HR Consulting. He is a by Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner, Train-the-Trainer and an Advanced Instructor. With over 20 years of Change Management experience, Willy has worked in various countries on a variety of change related projects. Also, able to do Change Management Audits and to assist organisations with Enterprise Change Management as well as Change Portfolio Management.

Chike is an experienced result-oriented Information Technology Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry & IT Technical Consulting. Skilled in IT Service Management Systems, Standard & Policy Management, Project Management, Benefit & Value Management, Identifying and replicating excellence across the Enterprise via the Centre of Excellence. He also possess an understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and practices as well as ability to identify cost saving opportunities and strategies to drive stakeholder value

Josephine is a seasoned consultant, experienced in Strategy, Project Management, and Change Management. She has developed a passion and skill for enhancement and problem-solving, helping individuals, businesses and governments across diverse sectors including Public Sector, Energy and Utilities, IT, to conceptualize, validate, and implement initiatives and solutions that translate business objectives to results. 

Her core competencies include strategy development, Organizational Change Management, Project Management Office set up and Optimization, and Business Performance Management. 

Ahmed is a seasoned Human Capital Consultant, with expertise in Organizational Development, change transformation, HR Business Partnering and Advisory, Talent Management and Acquisition. He is passionate about inducing excellence in others and supporting individuals, teams and organizations in developing solutions.

Ben is an FCPA Compliance and experienced Chartered Accountant with extensive skills within the oil and gas public and private sectors with the ability to manage wall-to-wall projects accounting functions including, team building, robust modelling for board presentation, IFRS skills, accounts payable, taxes, auditing, accounts receivable, credit Control, Cost & Internal controls, Contracts and Budget Management, Change Management and Forecasting & Controlling Cost, SOX Vouching, year end accounting and reporting, Agriculture Business accounting. Proficient at liaising with clients, managing their complex accounting needs and offering guidance and support where required.

In addition, he is also a PM4DEV certified Project Design, Monitoring and Evaluation expert.

Obi is an experienced Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance professional with experience spanning over risk and compliance, Company Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance & Ethics, Dispute Resolution, and Legal Research and Company/Board Secretarial matters in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.

Saleh is a seasoned External Relations Chief with experience spanning in building and sustaining strategic relationships, Stakeholder Engagement, relationship management, and partnerships across the public sector and governmental agencies.
